- How long until I see results?
- Most authors see measurable rank movement within 2–4 weeks of the metadata rewrite going live. Outreach results (reviews, features) usually land in the 4–8 week window. Compounding visibility takes 3–6 months.
- Do I need to already have reviews?
- No. We've worked with brand-new books and with backlist titles that have hundreds of reviews. Each starting point gets a different plan.
- What genres do you work with?
- Fiction and non-fiction across most genres. We're especially strong in romance, thriller/mystery, fantasy, self-help, memoir, and business. If we're not the right fit for your genre, we'll tell you.
- Do you guarantee bestseller status?
- No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. We guarantee the work, real research, real outreach, real reporting, not an Amazon rank.
- How much does it cost?
- Engagements typically start in the low four figures and scale with scope. We quote per project after the first conversation, because every book is different.
- Will you work with my book if it's already published?
- Yes, most of our clients come to us after launch. Backlist optimization is one of the highest-ROI things you can do.
- Do you write the book or edit it?
- No. We start where the manuscript ends. We make sure the finished book reaches the readers who want it.
- What do you need from me to start?
- A copy of the book (digital is fine), access to your KDP dashboard (or screenshots of current metadata), and an honest conversation about what you've tried and what worked.
