A small team. Real work. Real readers.
We are a small team of people who help authors get found online. No complicated algorithms. No empty promises. Just real people doing real work to make sure books reach the readers who need them.

Why we're called The Shepherd's Page
We succeed when you succeed. We rise by lifting others. That is why we are called The Shepherd's Page. A shepherd doesn't walk away when someone needs help. A shepherd stays. A shepherd finds a way.
Real people
Every email, pitch, and post comes from a person who read your book.
Real work
No bots, no shortcuts, no fake engagement. The slow road that lasts.
Real readers
We find the readers already searching for what you wrote.
Our story
The Shepherd's Page didn't start as a marketing agency. It started as a conversation between friends who loved books and kept watching good ones disappear. Brilliant novels with five-star reviews and no visibility. Memoirs that deserved a stage and never found one. Debut authors who poured years into a manuscript and then watched it vanish in a sea of releases.
We started helping a few authors quietly, rewriting Amazon listings, sending real pitch emails, building Goodreads campaigns by hand. The work was slow and human. And it kept working. Books that had been invisible for years began to show up in search, climb category charts, and find their readers.
Today we're a small, deliberate team. We still don't run ads. We still don't take on books we can't help. We still read every book we work on. The work is the same; only the number of authors we serve has grown.
Five things that guide every decision we make.
Honesty over hype
If something won't work for your book, we'll tell you. If a service isn't a fit, we'll say no. Better a hard truth than a soft lie.
The reader comes first
Every keyword, pitch, and category choice is grounded in what real readers want. We don't game systems, we serve readers.
Slow work lasts
Quick tricks fade. Real visibility is built from careful, compounding choices. We're in this for the long arc of your career.
Transparency always
You see the data, the drafts, the pitches, the results. Nothing hidden behind dashboards or jargon.
Care over scale
We'd rather serve fewer authors deeply than many shallowly. That's why our roster is intentionally small.
Lift each other up
We share what works. We celebrate wins out loud. A shepherd doesn't hoard the field, they tend it.
