What authors say

Quiet work. Real results.

"I'd been stuck at the same rank for two years. Within six weeks of working with The Shepherd's Page, my book hit a top-20 category and stayed there. They actually read my book first."
Marisol Chen
Author of The Quiet Hours
"Other services felt like vending machines. This felt like a partnership. They answered emails on a Sunday. My KU page reads tripled."
Daniel Brooks
Indie author, thriller series
"They told me what wouldn't work before they told me what would. That honesty alone was worth the fee. Then everything they did work, did."
Reverend Lila Patel
Author of Even Here, Even Now
"I'm an introvert who hates marketing. They became the version of me that could talk to bloggers, podcasters, and reader groups without me losing my mind."
Owen Harlow
Memoirist

Who we help

Built for indie authors who care about their craft.

Whether you're publishing your first novel or your fifteenth, our work meets you where you are, quietly, carefully, with no fluff.

Debut authors

You've just published, you're not sure what's next, and you want a launch that actually lands instead of disappearing.

Mid-list writers

Your backlist has potential you can feel but can't unlock. We breathe life into older titles and pair them with your newest release.

Career indies

You're running this like a business and you want partners who treat it that way. We're the quiet team behind your numbers.

Fiction writers

Romance, fantasy, thrillers, literary, we read in genre, write in genre, and pitch to readers who already love it.

Non-fiction authors

Self-help, memoir, business, spirituality. We position your book where the right readers are already searching.

Series creators

We optimize each book in a series for discoverability and read-through, so book one keeps pulling readers into the rest.

How we work

A simple, deliberate process.

No mystery, no jargon. Here's exactly what happens after you reach out.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We talk about your book, your readers, and what's worked (and what hasn't). No sales pitch.

  2. 02

    Audit

We dig into your Amazon listing, Goodreads page, reviews, and search visibility, and tell you the truth.

  3. 03

    Plan

You get a written plan with exact deliverables, timelines, and pricing. No surprises later.

  4. 04

    Work

We do the work. You see every change. We measure, adjust, and keep going until the needle moves.

What we do

  • Read your book before we touch your listing
  • Rewrite metadata based on live search data
  • Pitch real bloggers, reviewers, and readers by name
  • Track every change and report what worked
  • Give you back the credentials, files, and findings

What we don't do

  • Buy fake reviews or paid star ratings
  • Run bot followers or hollow engagement
  • Hide our process behind vague dashboards
  • Lock you into long contracts you can't leave
  • Promise bestseller status we can't honestly deliver
Common questions

You probably want to know…

How long until I see results?
Metadata changes can lift visibility within 2–4 weeks. Outreach and Goodreads campaigns build over 2–3 months. We're honest about what's fast and what's slow.
Do I have to be in Kindle Unlimited?
No. We work with KU and wide authors equally. If you are in KU, we have specific work that maximizes page reads and borrows.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope. Single services start small; full campaigns are quoted after a free audit. No hidden fees, no upsells.
Will you read my book?
Yes. We never pitch a book we haven't read. That's the whole point.
